Right when I thought things were getting better, and my little women were feeling more themselves, Faith started with another fever this morning at about 6am. She was whimpering off and on from then until I finally had to wake her up at 9am. She would whimper with a fever, I would rub her stomach, and eventually the fever would break. She got out of bed feeling totally crummy. She doesn't want to eat anything, and the more I thought about it, she hasn't eaten a decent meal since her lunch at Sesame Place that I packed for them on Saturday. She seems interested in foods, but then doesn't want to eat them. And, it's all been bland stuff too. Bananas, toast, applesauce, plain crackers, jello, chicken noodle soup, etc. No luck though.
Anyway, my petite little 2-year old is a whopping 23 lbs and 32 1/2 inches tall. She's our LITTLE woman. They didn't give her her shots since she is not well at all, so we'll go back on the 18th for that. She is totally lethargic and out of it, but the doctor said that her ears, throat, and chest all look perfect. She said it's probably the stomach virus that hasn't completely left her system yet. And, Faith's still having very loose diarrhea (although in small quantities since she's only drinking, and not eating). Of course, right when we got home, both she and Cran threw up. Very frustrating.
